I think mine average out to once a month 10 hr sessions with my friends. Once my friend and I starting playing Halo from the beginning at 6PM on friday afternoon and beat the whole game on Legendary at around 8 the next morning, only breaking to play a few hours of multi player, then going back to co-op.

My longest has to be 14 hours. My bro's friends slept over and he has Medal of Honor: Allied Assalt, well i "borrowed" it for the night and play from 6pm-8am. It was greatness!

I know my friend and I played Duke Nukem Co-op and multiplayer for N64 from like 6pm until 3am, went to sleep for 4hrs, woke up at 7am and played again all day until the afternoon. That game was great with all the jet pack flying and laser trip bombs.

Of course I've beat Unreal classic, Co-op style, online in one sitting. Good times.

I played for about six hours straight once. But I don't think I could do that anymore.
