I recently received an e-mail from someone needing help. The following is part of this person's e-mail:

Quote:
I have a Ati rage fury 32mb 128, with Tv in, and Video out Graphics card.
My problem is my systems manager tells me that I have a fault with my Ati wave crossbar.it is ether
missing or not working. But iv tried dozens of time ,all ways to fix it but nothing seems to happen.
can you tell me if there is a driver to fix it .THANK YOU
All you ATI guys should have some opinions on this one. Thanks.

I have the ATI Rage Fury 32 meg with TV out. As far as I know it would have to be an All in Wonder card for it to have TV in. I have never heard of the ATI wave crossbar either. Besides what the "system manager" is telling them, what kind of problems are they having with the card? If it is just the TV in part not working, maybe the card does not have the capability for that.

I had that error when I removed my 8Mb All-in-Wonder and installed my 32Mb All-in-Wonder Radeon. All I had to do was boot to safe mode, remove all ATI programs under Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel, set the video card as Standard VGA Adapter, reboot, run the ATI setup and let it do the rest.
