you can play Theme Hospital on XP
You can play this game on XP, I don't know why poeple say I could not play it on Xp, but its working fine.
The only trouble was using the autorun feature-you cannot install the game that way. Explore the cd, find the Dos4w(something like that) executable, then you can install it right away. You may need to restart your pc though.
