totasly awsum dude!
I just had to say that. I'm not a vally guy, but the game is awesome. It is really fast and good graphics.
BUT, have you been able to get to the secrets? I am having a real hard time with it. I know where they are, its just getting to them.
Also, do you know what they are refering to as objects? When you finish a level and it scores you, it shows how many "objects" you destroyed. What "objects"?
Thanks, and I can't wait for the full game!

I just played for the first time and it is a little different but quickly becomes fun. I love nailing people in the head to the ground and watching bodies fly around from explosions. I only played once but can't wait to play again. Thanks borax for the heads up about this game. Did I mention great graphics too? No? Well it does.

If that link doesn't work go to blue news (a great gaming site that has been around as long as PC games)
http://www.bluesnews.com/
ck the right hand side under "stories of interest".
It really is a good game and I dont give great reviews.
90% of the games out stink!

Its pretty kool, The stake gun rulz. It reminds me alot of the first quake, almost seems like a rip off of quake.

You could nail people to the wall in quake? I must have had a different version. I remember a 'nail gun' but not nails sticking in them and pinning them against the floor or wall (or even ceiling like I did once in the painkiller demo). I don't know if I'll buy the game right away, it seems more like a game I'd wait until it goes down in price. It does look mighty nice though, especially when fighting the big boss monster guy. That must be a lot o' polygons.

I've played the demo too, and I'll definately get the game once it comes out. The only complaint I have is that the game seems to mainly be about mindless fragging. You enter a level and dozens of zombie look alikes just converge on you. So I only hope that the story is a bit more engaging, and that the final version will implement a bit more strategy and stealth. I've also found the game to be a bit difficult, but I'm starting to get the hang of it.

It does say somewhere that the game is "old-school fps" which is where you get the mindless fragging from.

I mean its similar to quake as with the having a nail gun, the decaying bodys walking around, the mindless fragging, the armor upgrade is identical to quake, the gloomyness and environment feels like quake. It seems like a rip of it except they added a stake gun which is kool at first but very gimmicky. Its a fun game for 5 minute sessions just like quake was IMO.
