Yes I beta tested this game for awhile, It ran great with my 9500 Pro, but when I put in my 9800 Pro it wouldnt load most of the time and crashed all the time. I went to the games website forum and found that the game couldnt be ran with a 9800 Pro unless you used the cat 3.7's and turned all the graphic detail to low. Even then alot of people were having problems. From what I played they have alot to fix. I also noticed some glitches when playing with the sharks AI
 It has great potential tho.
