Post Infinium Vs [H]ardocp

So who will win? I I think infinium needs to wake up, with the presence of Sony, Nitendo, MS, I don't think we need another gaming console. The fact: if they do release the powerful console early:it will just like Sega DC, great, but no one's gonna buy it. I would not sacrifice more money, just to play online. We have EAgames, MMORPG and much more.

What do you think?

Infinium (phantom) is the new console system coming out. You wont be able to buy it in stores, you buy it from your cable provider, which is mistake number 1. From what i hear it comes with a harddrive that will hold a few games and you d/l all your games thru the cable. Once your harddrive is full you have to delete games you already bought to d/l new ones, mistake number 2. Do they really think they have a chance? comon.

I agree that the idea is garbage, and will more than likely be a failure, but what does HardOCP have to do with this?

[H] did a little detective work a while back. Infinium, after like a year, noticed and had a hissy fit. And, as it's the American way, went to a lawyer.

Rumors of this "Phantom" console have been floating around for a while. Anyone remember those rumors floating around about the "Dolphin" console a few months before the dreamcast was released?

Ok, penny arcade sided with [H], Infinium is not justifying what are they doing. The only people on their side, besides themselves are the lawyers

Update: [H] Fights Back

I particularly enjoyed the comparison of each law firm on the second page. Look like Infinium is going to get slapped around real nice.
