Hard to say. Depends on your particular preferences.
I'd get UT '04, but that is only me.

I like BF better then UT. I hate all that unrealistic overly flashy SI-FI junk. I like realistic games. And you can do much more in BF with the big maps and vehicles(dont forget the helicopters)

Ill have to try UT 2k4, might be better than the rest with the vehicles. That scorpion and manta are so riped-off from halo!

Why can't we have both! I'll prolly be playing Unreal more (I wonder why) but it'll be nice to mix it up with some BFV. Some of those BFV levels look amazing. And how fun is to just run over ppl with your manta and raptor! Ppl never see my raptor coming to make them road kill. It's great.

What are your computer's specifications?
Both games, are great, but I'd get the one that performs best on your system. UT04 has major improvements, but takes 3 gigabytes of space. I'd personally go with Unreal Tournament 04. |

If all goes like it's supposed to and Amazon doesn't drop the ball, UT04 SE will be at my door the 18th then FarCry will be next.

I reserved a copy of UT2004 for $5 yesterday...I'm probably going to get BF Vietnam as well because of what everyone is saying...but I'll waste my time on UT first. Yay for spring break!

I think I'm going to go for ut2004.. I've got enough BF1942 expansion packs to suit me a lifetime.

i hated the UT2k4 demo
it seemed like a pointless and mindless FPS i enjoy the tactical aspect of battlefield in addition to the mindless slaughter so i would prefer BF:V and i would love to airlift a tank right onto charlie's head
