Question

System:
Epox 8KTA3, Duron 800, 128MB PC133 Ram Enlight DTK7231 ATX Case 300W PS.

Problem:
After installing the Via 4-in-1 Patch, computer will boot and Win98SE looks for the GeforceMX Driver. Then,
I direct it to the CD that came in with the Vid Card.
Win98SE succesfully instal the Driver, but when I restart, the Computer will boot and go to POST then show Win98 Screen Logo then finally it will go on BLACK SCREEN. No more activities. I hit CTRL, ALT + DEL and go on SAFE MODE but not on NORMAL MODE.

If I uninstal the GEFORCE DRIVER I could go to NORMAL MODE with a 16 bit Color only and Win98SE keeps on asking for the correct Display Driver.

What should I do now?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Have you tried the latest Detonator Drivers from Nvidia? This should be the first thing to try.
