Menzo & Ravenloft Maps

Hi,
I have downloaded maps for the games Menzoberranzan and Ravenloft: Stone Prophet but cannot view them. Each map name ends in ".map" eg "drowcave.map; temple1.map; icedale1.map, etc".
I have tried Quick View, Irfan View, PSP, etc. and have also tried changing the ending from ".map" to ".jpeg" but without success.
I will be most grateful if anyone can tell me which program will display them (and where I can get it).

The only program that will open those maps is the game itself, look for a directory called maps or something similar, and copy the files to it.

Doesn't the page where you downloaded the maps explain how to use them?

Unfortunatly there is no folder in the game that I can put the maps in - maybe one will be created by the game when I start playing.
