How do you....?

How do you use another game with 3dmark03 to do benchmarking. I want to see the frame rates and frames perecind using another game than what 3dmark gives me. I've heard you can do this but i dont know how. If this is not the right program can someone please point me in the right direction

Most games have a "cheat" to allow you to see the frames per second. And then some games also allow you to record a demo. Record a challenging/demanding demo match and have fps enabled to see your average fps.

What game specifically are you talking about?

There is a program that shows FPS in any game, Fraps:
http://www.fraps.com/

Try this util if you can't find a way to show FPS from within the game.

In UT, press the ~ button, and type:
STAT FPS
and hit enter.

Works in UT2003, don't know about UT2004, but I think it'll work.
