Question Battlefield Vietnam Graphics Problem

Hello all....

I just purchased Battlefield Vietnam 2 days ago and I love it.... One small problem...
Whenever I turn the graphics settings any higher than default... when i go into the game... a lot of things turn purple.. the gun models... barbed wire... and character models...

Ive got a ATI 7500 and I thought it could at least handle MEDIUM settings right? Because right now tis set on lowest and Its starting to bug me... If you need any more info just tell me.. I believe ive got the latest drivers if that matters... Is anyone else having this problem?

thanks!

System Requirements:
DirectX 9 compatible video card (AGP video card with 64 MB or more memory and one of these chipsets is required: NVIDIA GeForce 3 or greater; ATI Radeon 8500 or greater)

It turns out I've got a little extra cash around... Now I might buy a video card but I dont do much gaming on the computer besides COunter-Strike and Battlefield... and some other WWII FPS... Would an Asus ATI Radeon 9200se do the trick?

Chipset/Core Speed: ATI RADEON 9200SE/200MHz
Memory/Effective Speed: 128MB DDR/333MHz
BUS: AGP 1X/2X/4X/8X
Ports: VGA Out(15 Pin D-Sub)+TV-Out(S-Video Out+Composite Out)
Support 3D API: DirectX®8.1, OpenGL®1.3
Cable/Accessories: Driver CD, Manual
Max Resolution@32bit Color: 2048X1536@75Hz

etc... I think that would do the job for my moderate gaming right? Or is there another card out there with more bang for the buck?

The 9600XT is probably one of the best bang for the buck cards right now.
Many people are having really good luck with it playing BFV.
I think they can be had for around $150.00.
