Is my procesor and/or video card too slow for this game or do I have something configured wrong? I have all the latest drivers for everything. If I disable the sound then it runs playable at 800x600.

I only have enough money to buy a processor or video card. Which one?

Other than that its a good game. It hilarious!

That game is very resource hungry. Get a Celeron 600 and a fan and overclock it. Should run decent on a V3. Really though... you need to upgrade both to get the full capability of that game's graphics. (PS- That game is optimized for NVidia cards).
