This Old "Coot"
After many moons along with trials and tribulations, this old SARGE is taking a week with a new honey and kicking back. Ain't never done anything like this but the gal has and promises a week to remember. I can't imagine all food and drink I wish for 24/7, along with in-room hot tubs and whatnot. She plans on romantic cruises, visiting old Mayan ruins and pyramids and swimming with some dolphins. Trip is from 7/3 until 7/10. Shoot, I may never come back.

Have yourself a GREAT time! You've earned it, my friend. Just remember one thing, DON'T drink the water. Last thing you need on a romantic getaway is Montezuma's Revenge!!

I've been to the Mayan Riviera in Mexico. It is a beautiful place. Don't worry about the water. Resorts have much cleaner water. You'll love it Sarge.

The resort water is probably all bottled, but Panama has a point should you venture into town or stop somewhere on one of those sightseeing trips. Also remember that things like iced tea have water in them. A friend learned that the hard way on one of our weekend trips to the border (I am about 90 minutes away here in South Texas).
Have a great time. -Spartan |
