I guess someone's listening
I emailed MSN Hotmail tech support a few days ago inquiring about an extremely annoying ad that would show up at the top of my inbox more often than not. Whenever I would move the mouse over the ad it would make a honking sound. I usually have my speakers turned up quite a bit. This was extremely annoying. I emailed Hotmail, they said they would see what they could do, I haven't seen the ad since.
Another good experience with MS tech support. I just love it when companies know how to actually listen. (and give away free stuff )

ahh, that honking ad! that annoyed me too. however, when i was bored and checking my email, i would roll it over and over, which was kind of stupid but it helped me to be more alive. haha, i'm glad you said something.
