How to find a person?
There is an individual whose first and last names I know, as well as city where they live. I need to get either their contact info or phone. Online people search engines have outdated info so they're useless. How can I find him?
Is there like a directory where I can call and inquire about it? Police?

http://www.anywho.com/wp.html If they have a listed landline phone. If unlisted or cell only this link won't do you any good.
