A New Start
I have had an EMachine for two years. It began to give me a little trouble, so I decided to begin from scratch. It's XP Home. When I put the disks in (there are only two), It says incomplete download. Also, I have been using a Hewlit Packard monitor. I don't know if this changes things or not. Can anyone give me a hand? Thanks in advance.

The monitor won't make any difference. It sounds like you may have failed or degraded hardware in there somewhere (or the restore disks are scratched/dirty/defective) - the restore disks should run with no errors.
