The guys that collect over due bills were expected to be the biggest customers.
The only problem, and it's a big one, is that it's illegal for them to disguise their identity.
I'm sure there are lawyers in waiting.

I got a spoofed caller ID the other day on my cell. At least I think it was, incoming call from 513-000-000 so I picked up, said hello, and *CLICK*. . .
