Voice recognition

Our Grand Prix Legends racing league is using Team Speak, which is a free software download.
It seems to be very sensitive and we are getting a lot of echo's and static.

Can anyone recommend a better program?

Can't complain to much as it is a freebee.

Thanks

Jim

Some of my friends use Ventrilo for voice chat in games. http://www.ventrilo.com/index.php
