Just coincidental timing. I am switching PCMech over to a revised layout.

Very astute obnosis, ric449. Yes, the idea for the middle portion of the homepage came from Anand...its a good way to organize it and it keeps new articles on the homepage longer.

I'm not sure focusing the home page on articles for pre PC noobs is a good thing... was this site sold?

Why was so much attention taken away from your awesome forums? Is it hard to make money in this area?

Price Grabber is a half hearted searcher, Is it paying for 20% of your home page at all times?

And viewing the NEWS is an unneeded click away. Just post the blurbs on the homepage.

Well I did like it when the news was right on the main page but I like the rest of the new layout, it's a sign of new articles and reviews and everything to come making them all more accessible.

I second what Dragon said about the news, do you think it's possible to maybe have the newest piece of news on the page (like how it used to be) and then the rest as links, or is this clumsy? I would much rather have the latest news and the two latest articles, than the 3 latest articles.
