Music for NES fans

This may appeal to the 20-30 year old crowd:

There is a band gaining popularity (and yet without a label) called the Minibosses: a bunch of pasty white guys "like us" who play alot of the old NES themes we all grew up with in grade school or high school. You may have heard the blurb on them on NPR a week or so ago.
Among my favorite covers of theirs are the Castlevania II theme, and the Goonies 2 theme. Truely great stuff. Check out their site if you are interested!

System of the down also did a really cool remake of the Legend of Zelda theme song. They even threw some lyrics in there.

Thanks for the link. They are real good musicians, it really brought me back to my past. However, it is a shame that a band like this has not shot of making a real living unless they get on MTV or have a great singer.

im diggin the megaman 2 theme. does anybosy know where i can buy their CDs? its pretty good music. makes me think of the good old days of glass pop bottles, die cast toys, and big hair .
