Outlook Express
Hello again,
I am having trouble printing in Outlook Express. The printer is a Brother 1440 laser printer and I have used the diagnostic on it and it prints fine. It also prints in other programs such as MS Word, it will not print in Outlook. Does anyone have any ideas? |

More details, please. What version Windows, Outlook Express, and Internet Explorer? Any specific error messages?

It is windows 98, OE 6.0 and IE 6.0. There was no error message, I turned the computer on and tried to print a message but it was like the computer and printer was not communicating.

Are you sure you have the right printer selected in the printer options. That is, when you click on "PRINT" in the file menu it gives you an options box. It the correct printer selected or something generic?
