If you mean assembling, then no. By assembling your own computer you buy the parts you want (CPU, Mobo, graphics card etc.), and put them together. No soldering involved.
Soldering is only involved when actually making the cards. But this is usually done by machines, I believe. RJ

Thanks for the fast reply ive never made a computer and my mom was fliping out about thinks there was soldering so it all just clips right up nicly?

No, not clips. Almost all the components inside the computer are held on with screws and bolts. You can assemble an entire computer with just a Phillips screwdriver.

soldering is usually for modding parts of hardware i think.
