Why you decided not to purchase the X-Box. Also a possile report that someone could make, be sure to always include pro's and con's.
1. Small Library 2. Lack of 3rd party support. 3. Games are too violent 4. High price 5. Most online games require a subscription.

Wouldn't it be easier if you just made a poll? Anyway, I bought an Xbox because I like the controller, I think Xbox Live is the best gaming network (even better than most PC games), there are certain games that I would rather play on the Xbox than a PC, the ability to add my own sound tracks to games (something that is missing for some reason on the PC), can't beat the true Dolby Digital sound through my home theater system and also the HDTV capability.

I would buy it for the old console emulation, simply because I'm tired of having to sit in front the computer playing Lufia II (and I don't want to go dig out my 8,000 cartridges).

I did not buy an X-Box because my daughter wanted to play playstation games which she likes better. I kind of like games like FFX.
I do not really like the X-Box Games. |

I get the message that most people here bought the X-box for the hard drive, and online play...which makes sence...Because this is a tech site..

1. I prefer console over PC for gaming (PC = work, and I don't really want to spend that much time on one when I'm at home)
2. Online Gaming 3. Easy entertainment for guest's kids 4. To annoy my wife. (note tongue lodged in cheek) |
