To the best of my knowledge, its real. I recieved an email from Paypal about 6 weeks ago about it and entered my claim. No results yet though

I think it is real. i just got some papers in the mail wanting to know if I wanted to be part of the class action.

Yes it is ligit. I e-mail paypal directly and they gave my all the details.

Taken from the class action notice:
How Will the Lawyers for the Class be Paid? "...Class Counsel will make a motion to the Court for an award of attorneys' fees of up to $3,332,500 and reimbursement of expenses of up to $135,000..." Thats got to be rough... ![]() I wonder how much of that actually translates into pure profit for the lawyers. |

Being that they are getting $135,000 for expenses, would it be unfair to say $3,332,500 profit?
