Remember that thread a while back about what games would be good to make a movie about? Looks like they're talking about doing DOOM...

I guess if Resident Evil could be made into a decent movie so could Doom.

I guess that they'll use computer-animation for the monsters. For the imp, I vote they model it from the guy in Blue's Clues. That guy gives me the creeps.

Ya, another vote for AS! - and if they do the movie right, it should be even better than Alien was, and that was a good movie back then

On second thought, do they even need actors at all for the movie? Final Fantasy pulled it off with no actors, the D3 engine could probbably do it with some more power.

I'll be the black sheep and say I think the Rock could do it better than Arnold. Nothing against Arnold, the Rock adds a little more humor to his characters and I think that's half of what Doom is about. Bhaaaaaaa (bad sheep noise)hehehe.

Uhh, guys if you haven't noticed the only thing AS has one Dwanye is about 50 twinkies, a few packs to many of beer, and a increasingly large gut. Personally I think Dwayne would be great in this movie. Many people underestimate him as an actor and the more movies he's in the more people will take him serious. Besides doesn't AS have to worry about trying to run California and get that thing passed so he can be Pres. some day.

I don't this he can be Pres. as he wasn't born in this country. He'd still be the best actor for a Doom3 movie

Not trying to get to political, but he and I think a senator are trying to get an amendmant that will let people born in other countries br Pres. I don't know to much about it, but I saw it on CNN or some other news channel.
