Arggg... I Can't Reach My Website!

I can't reach my site, it's been like this for a few days now. Sometimes I can reach it, sometimes I can't. Whenever I can't reach it I run traceroute and it looks like above.net is the culprit. Am I right? The only way to reach my site is to go through the-cloak.com and use their proxy server.

If you can sometimes reach it and sometimes can't, there's likely a problem between you and your server...try accessing it from somewhere else, like a friend's computer. If that doesn't work, contact the webmaster - capricious access to the server generally calls for server problems.
