We Do Not "Discriminate"
You know the sentence - no discrimination based on race, sex, age, religion, etc. The kicker is proving that an employer does actually that. Unless skills tests and pre-requisite items are required for the job (which we all can understand that), how does one separate the rest? Some companies or municipalities state that you will not be informed as to why you were disqualified for consideration in employment. Seems a velvet glove scenario.

When you apply for governement positions here, they don't discriminate either [/SARCASM], they just put right in the posting that if you're not of the first nations (native), don't apply as your application will not be processed.
