Hello all, I am looking to build my first PC.
I'd like to be able to play pretty much anything out there (needs to be fast). I would also be putting about 120 GB worth of music on it (I was thinking of putting in 2 HD, one for the music/video and a 10,000rpm for all the programs). I want to go the way of AMD. I would like to use graphics card and sound card so I don't think I'll need that tricked out a MoBo. Can anyone recommend a good site to do some research for building a solid affordable gaming PC? A place that would give compatabilities between different components so I'm not back here in a couple days with one of those annoying posts asking about whether or not these links to these 47 different parts work together. I've found a few sites but nothing comprehensive for a newbie like myself. Thanks for the help!

What's your overall budget - on everything?

I'd like to keep it under $1100.00 for everything but I'm not sure if that's possible.

Thanks Cricket. I think this will do quite nicely.
