Is compuplus.com a good site?

The cheapest price for the rio carbon is $219 at compuplus.com. I was wondering if this is a good site to buy mp3 players from? It has four out of five stars on pricegrabber.

They score way below tigerdirect.com, who many people here have had serious problems with. I would stay clear of this company if I was you. Pay a few extra more bucks and get it from a company you trust. Peace of mind is worth it.

ok, my only question is if the actuall product is the same what difference does it make who you by it from.

It is the same mfr, and so is the same unless it has been tampered with.

Some bad companies have been known to send out opened products, refurbished products, and even wrong items. Bad companies also have horrible return policies, bad customer service, etc.... Always be careful when buying a $200 product, it is a lot of money.

For around $200 why not get the Creative Nomad Zen 30GB from a trusted store? I wouldn't buy from Compuplus with the kind of rating they have on ResellerRatings.
