PC Mech Convention: Travel Agent needed

I need to be put in contact with a Travel Agent for planning a PC Mech convention. Are any members Travel Agents? Is your Spouse one? Close relative of one?

Let me know!

I'd be down for a convention. Where is PC Mech based out of, by the way?

We're all over the place, but if you mean the company behind it (PC Media), that'd be Tampa, Florida.

Please can you make the convention down here in sunny Puerto Rico, because with me going back to the UK over Christmas and a cruise in the new year I can't afford to go anywhere else.

Where ever you hold this convention and if anyone is looking to fly to it, I have found Orbitz the cheapest. I have searched and searched for flights because going home to the UK is expensive..

M.A.D if I can be of any help with research please let me know, with the amount of traveling my wife and I do I spend hours on the internet seaching for bargains.

Discussing this with Dok last night, we are initially thinking somewhere in the Midwest, in order to be centrally located. This won't be till next summer.

Sounds like a cool idea, it's a shame I live in the UK though. Maybe we should move it to Antartica, then everyone will have trouble getting there. Do you think that a travel agency will help with this? I mean maybe one that organises business events would help, or is this too expensive?

The internet makes the world a smaller place ........but that does not make it cheap enough to go.
