Simultaneous management of multiple MS Word files

Suppose you have ten MS Word text files where the Font of the letters is say, Arial - Regular - size 12;

how can you change all files in one shot to Arial - Regular - size 16?

Also, is it possible to handle similarly the Headings (titles) of the documents? (separately from the rest of the text).
