NYLF: Technology

So here's the deal. Apparently, I was nominated by some kid in my school to go to this National Youth Leadership Forum on Technology thing. It sounds really cool because of all the things you get to do, places you get to go and people you get to hear talk, and it's in Silicon Valley so I get to leave CT for 10 days (YES!). But I still want a few real opinions before I jump into this thing instead of the ones on the program's website. Has anyone here gone to this thing? How was it?

Oh, by the way, my parents want me to go to the medicine one, has anyone gone to that? Is it good/bad/better/worse? Thanks.

I hear it's a very nice program - my cousin went there for the DODD.

I think I was offered to go to this (or a similar program) as well during my High School years, but it ended up being too pricy for me during that time

If you have the chance and the means, I'd definitely encourage you to go.

regardless of which forum you go to, I think that you will find it very rewarding.
