Anyone Know Anything About Ibm Netfinity?

Hi guys,im new here.I am looking for some help with a ibm netfinty 3500 server pc,duel processors.i cant seem to get the monitor to come on.It seems to boot up,i hear the drives going but no monitor.and im getting a beep code 1-3-1.i think its something with the memory.any help would be greatly appreciated.
also have some parts for this pc if anyone is looking...

if its a memory issue, try making sure the memory is in good, if it is see if the ram is good, try using another stick of ram, if it has a seperat video card make sure its working.

hey thanks for the advice.but i checked all the basics already.i think its either the mobo or maybe a bad processor.i looked up the beep code im getting and it says 1-3-1 is (1st 64k ram test failior),or micro processor.
