homemade video projector

im seriously considering doing this project on making a homemade projector. What are your opinions on this? Does it seem fairly doable and easy? |

I read that TH guide a while back and it seems pretty straightforward. The only problem I had with it is that it seemed kind of messy and not very storable without significant assembly/disassembly.
