A little while back I had some problems getting a credit for an RMA from Onvia.com. Took me about three months, several phone calls, a few lies, etc.
Well this time I had a bad processor and a bad motherboard that I ordered from MultiWave. The processor had a 14 day return window for credit. Well it was almost a month, when the problem occured. When I called them I asked for a replacement, they told me that they could issue credit. Boy was I suprised. I sent the motherboard and the processor back and within a week I had received full credit.

Awesome! I've heard good things about them. I always buy my mobo's from essential computers. Great prices and fast shipping but of course I've never had a problem. I love ASUS products but I know first hand getting a RMA and return product is crappy at best. Thanks for the word though...

May I add :
http://www.crucial.com/index.asp to the list? I recently ordered the wrong ram (my fault) and emailed them about it. They told me to refuse the package when it came and they would issue full credit. I immediatly ordered the correct ram from them. Carl |
