Fastest I can go without a license?

Where can I find out what the fastest I can go on an electric scooter or an electric bike while too young to drive and without a license is in my state?

Here's the New Jersey Moped manual. If I read it right, 25mph max for a motorized scooter of 50cc or less in engine displacement.

Thanks, but that doesnt really tell me what I want.

Its talking about gas powered mopeds, and I'm talking about electric powered bicycles.

Its says right it the thing that Mopeds aren't bicycles, and what I'm talking about is a bicycle, just with an electric motor.
Also, it says you need a Moped license, yet for an electric bicycle, no license is required.

I need something that is more geared to electric scooters, since those laws will probably be the same as an electric bike.

I dont have a license, but I dont need one. The only thing is, that without one, there is a limit on how fast I can go. I want to find out what that limit is, for electric bikes, in my state.

Every state has different laws on this. Have you looked on your State.org web site? Can also ask any local cop that you run into. (pardon the pun)

Call your State Police during regular business hours and ask them.
