any of you used verizon's push to talk?
i have used nextel's, but the area a lot of us need this for isn't covered well by nextel, and verizon has better overall plans for the same price. i have never used their walkie-talkie service and wanted to know what you guys thought of it

I hear that the lag is pretty bad outside of the local area - but they are working on making it better. Don't know if it's competitive with Nextel yet.

alright, thats what i figured. for the most part, we should be in the same area, and if we are outside that, we will just talk normally
