Mobile phone questions
I think North Americans call them Cell Phones?
Anyway, What are the popular mobile phone manufacturers in North America, ie, what companies phones sell well? What are the popular mobile phones in North America? What are the main five mobile phone service providers in North America? Just wondering because mobile phones in American movies always look like bricks? (Only kidding!)

The one's I can think of include, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Cingular and probably Sprint too. Not sure about the top 5 though. As for phones, I see a lot of Motorola and LG lately. There are probably quite a few Nokia's and Sony Ericson's as well.

Here in the Philippines almost eveyone has a cellphone/mobile phone. We are called the "Texting Capital of the World". Its the main form of communication, SMS. Nokia, Samsung, Siemens and Sony Ericsson are the most popular phone manufacturers.

Thanks, much the same as the UK except the big companies here are Vodafone, Orange and O2. T-Mobile is here too but their service is really poor.

T-Mobile is looking to sell out of the US market.
Nothing can be as woeful as the Canadian wireless landscape. |
