CrunchWrap Supreme

Any one have this new TacoBell treat? I'm not usually one to frequent TacoBell (I usually call it Taco Smell), but I was in a big hurry all day today and basically didn't each breakfast and forgot about lunch. So I hit the first drivethru I saw on the way home - it was TacoBell. All I can say is I see an addiction coming...this thing is good. And of course, bad for me so I've now got to figure out a way to stop my truck from driving into a TacoBell drivethru automatically - because I will certainly make future trips.

Investigate what they actually call "meat" ... it's a dry powerder that is sprayed with water and it expands into the "meat"... that should turn you off.. if you get a chance to see it.. you'll be done.

Ask for a STEAK version, then you can avoid the powder 'meat'

I'm sure the steak is at least Grade D - Suitable for Human Consumption

So are they using freeze dried meat? If you saw what happens in the back of most eateries you would never eat out again. But then again canned soup has an acceptable bug content level of 2-3 parts per can (approximate).

Oh great, now you got me thinking of Taco Bell, going to have to pick sum up after work tonight.

Hope this is not viral marketing.

Reminds me of what some fastfood restaurants call "fresh lettuce and tomato".

What always amazed me is how people can eat fish sandwiches from mcdonalds that costs you a dollar and there makin profit. I dont no what kind of fish you can make a sandwich with for 50 cents, but i bet its not a good one.

Good point kram. I love it how burger king advertises that everything is freshly cut and prepared when you order. Please.

taco hell never thrilled me.
i heard to stories from 2 different people with the same results.

they each knew someone who had eaten at taco bell and the next day, the part under your chin from both sides of your jaw back to your throat had swollen.
went to the dr.
the cause....roach eggs.

i rarely eat out anyway....to scared.

If you're referring to the FishMac, that's not fish. There once was a case here in Germany where a woman got a fish poisoning and sued McDonald's coz she's eaten the FishMac. But McD was able to prove that there is no fish in the FishMac and she must have gotten her poisoning somewhere else.

Well I heard that KFC was using genetically mutated chicken. They gave the chickens a hormone or drug or something that made them featherless so they could be processed faster. That's why they stopped calling it "Kentucky Fried Chicken", because it wasn't chicken. Maybe one of those articles said that, I didn't read them. Kind of weird though.

it may be an urban legend, but that is enough to deter me form eating there if the thought of eating roach eggs is fresh in my mind. Popeyes is the only place to get fried chicken.

I always go Lee's chicken - I find both KFC and Popeye's too greesy.
