I would like to post wo different questions, but do not know where and if it is allowed.
1 would like to know what people in general think about open source multi system software. 2 several questions about a specific forum software thanks for your time

Well, if you're just wanting to know where to put the questions, I'd say the first one would likely go in either General Discussion or General Software and the second one I'd say General Software. If its not the right forum, the mods will usually move it anyway.....not like you get in trouble if you at least *try* to get it in the right place.
I'm not sure what you're wondering is allowed or not, but if you're talking about the multi system software, it would depend if it would be classified under pirating or not. If its not pirating software or doing something else illegal, then its probably okay. Hope this helps.

You can ask about open source softare in the General Software forum.
Depending on the question, you can ask about forum software in General Software, WWW, or the Programming forum.
