I've seen all these questions in Mensa books - they usually fool the intelligent Mensa members that don't have 'smarts'.

10/11. Kind of disagreed with the one about the apples. I took 'you' for figurative.

9 0f 11...but I have seen some of those before. If you know they are trick questions, you tend to look for the trick before answering.

I got 10/11 ... I figured the one about the widow's sister, but I still dont consider it an issue of legality .. just an issue of possibility. If it were possible, sure it's legal isnt it... :P

addendum:
Actually, given the thing about the bill that we prolly shouldnt talk about here it opens up further issues with the test results. Ok, I'll call it quits on this .. but I am not happy with the way I was graded, I am protesting the results

Just to be a pain in the bottom, I would have to disagree with the whole "dog running INTO the woods" thing. I would contest that the instant the dog enters the woods, he has finished running INTO the woods. He is then running THROUGH the woods.

I know, I know... I've put too much thought into a simple joke!

I'm with you Statica, that one bothered me as well, as it had absolutely nothing to do with legality... although I suppose we'll soon see some Bill that makes it illegal (since when has common sense bothered politicians)

It has nothing to do with legality - if his wife is a widow, then he's dead and can't marry her sister.
