Newsletter display change

Hi folks, I'm a real newbie as this is my first post on any forum. Hope I'm at the right spot for this question.
I have been receiving The Newsletter & Tip of the Day for several months in html. Suddenly as of Sept 22, I now get it in a new display I know nothing about. I have had a real battle removing a trojan horse lately but did succeed.
I may have brought this on myself, but because of lack of knowledge,I don't know how to correct it.
I am including a sample of the Newsletter as I receive it now. My operating system is Windows Me. I know, I know, but untill now, it's worked very well for me. I will be attempting my first homebuild soon, & will up-grade then.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated. --- Thanks

Is that everything you recieve in its entirety?

If so, it looks like the newsletter hasn't nearly been fully downloaded.

What mail client/service are you using?

Thanks for the response, Force Flow.
While composing a response to your post,I received today's Tip of the Day & everything was back to normal.
I had sent an e-mail to PC Mech addressing this problem and either they fixed it, or it "HEALED" itself, which I seriously doubt.
Either way, no problem now.
Thanks again. -------------------
