Reverse Outsourcing
I got a call from my niece last Sunday. She was calling because her laptop wouldn't boot. It was giving that ugly stop error about an unbootable drive. I gave her some advice about how to fix it. Funny thing was that she lives in Thailand. I thought hey outsourcing has now made it back to the US. Pretty cool.
