Creative's forum gets a F for failure

I recently posted a question on Creative's forum concerning my Audigy, and I have received only one response in the last week. The boards are active for I have found my thread at the bottom or even onto the next page by the end of the day. Unfortunately, nobody seems to care enough to answer my simple question about drivers despite my bumping attempts.

Go see for yourself.

I hope somebody from Creative finds this post and realizes they have poor service. I just want to know if the drivers operate in a package format like nvidia where they support the newest cards as well as provide updates to the older ones, or have they discontined driver support for my card. Would I benefit from any of the newer Creative drivers?

Trying not to fly into one of my tirades about poor customer service.

Does Creative even monitor those forums? It may just be a users' forum.

Its not a suprtise since I have been thru it. Requesting a new driver CD for my sound card. No one entertained me at all. I finally found it at some "other" site.
The best manufacturer forums has to be MSI

Yeah, that forum is moderated. I hit the soundblaster link before your post title and got a page with several moderator responses and even a thread locked for foul language.
