I bought the latest Bourne movie the other day. It should not have evoked any reference to Jason Bourne.
It should have been called,, The Treadstone Conspiracy. A great movie, Yes. But not the same thing. Matt Damon was the ultimate Bourne. Boy, even Richard Chamberlin in the original Bourne was truer to the story of Bourne. That's my reason behind the name of,,,, (Treadstone) |

Saw Django Unchained last night. Good overall, has its very funny moments. Wait for it to come out on DVD. Brought my son to theater last night for something to do with him. I was rudely reminded a number of times why I stopped going to the theater. My theory on why it has become worse is that most low life's cannot afford big screen TV's, 5.1 sound and DVD players. That is probably at least a contributing factor. Or maybe society as a whole is less considerate towards others.?..or maybe both? Or maybe I am becoming a grumpy old fart who is less tolerant of rudeness in public places?
Remember the days when movie theaters did not need to provide instructions on how to be polite in public?
