Very nice. You have a ton more electronics stuff than I do, and yet, it's so much more organized.

If I had all of that I would have to quit my job and give up the less significant things in life... such as food and sleep.

do you think maybe that is why all of this is on one end of my bedroom ?
this is not even half of it all, I still have boxes of equipment I have not unpacked yet from my move here from kansas city. still need to build book shelves for my library of reference books. I also have a microwave/convection oven and a small refrigerator and coffee pot too Last edited by bailey; 07-01-2006 at 05:34 PM. |

and yes it is dust, I live out in the country and on a dirt road with the windows open and fans running, I need to vacume everything every week, another reason for having that case with the two air filters in the front, the dust never gets inside the case, so far anyway. |

Man that would drive me nuts. I clean mine every 6 months or so and I'm not crazy about doing it.

yes, I agree.
I never had this problem when I was in KC, but all the going into the case must pass through the two filters on the front and the other 6 fans are all exaust fans, so there is a lot of air moving through the case, and the filters get it all. I have had this case for about 5 years now and I only needed to vacume the inside once. so far. there is 4 optical drives, 4 160 gig hard drives, p4b800 delux mb, 3 gig p4, ati all in wounder 8500, the hard drive rack is on the bottom of the case in line with the two front fans so they always run cool, and the system is running 24/7. sucks, I never thought about opening the cabinet doors to show the other two systems. but you did see some of my dry-wall work, this room was just a empty attic in a old farm house that is over 150 yr old, so I have been doing a lot of remodeling here as the money permitts, still have a lot of work to do on the work bench yet, making drawers for it, one was just install in the picture, need to make 3 more. it will all be stained and 3 coats of urathaine when done. |

That keyboard looks like the one that came with my old Gateway (made by Microsoft).

you only see 7 cabinets on the top shelf, there is 4 more on a shelf under the bench, and 4 more in my shop in the garage, and yes they are full, I need a few more. and there is another work bench in my bed room that I did not take a picture of because it is in the building stage right now. the room is wired with cable tv and eathernet outlets on the walls, each side of the room 4 outlets and the bgench has 2. I have 2 linksys 8 port switches for my room alone, and the whole house is wired, every room. wireless out to the shop in the garage. the garage is 120 x 30 ft and two story, thats where the pool table is, the top floor of the garage. we call it the den. |
