Do you mean the avatar like the AMD thing under my name? Since you are a PC Mech Support (good job!) you can use custom avatars. Go to User CP and then to Edit Avatar andthere should be a "Browse" button that allows you to select a picture from your computer. Then I believe you either hit "Upload" and then "Save Changes" or just "Save Changes".

Avatars are limited to 100x100 pixels, gif or jpg.
