CPU glut (maybe not new news)
" By now, most system builders selling desktop systems have realized there's an oversupply of some Intel processors. But the size of the swell may come as a surprise."
more this may have an effect of driving down prices at least for the short term. anybody who builds for a living: have you seen an impact? |

CPU Magazine has a section called "As the Chips Fall". It lists the original, last months and the current street price of the most common CPU's. There is not much of a difference from last months prices overall. It will be interesting to see next months issue though.
