Ellison may purchase Red Hat
Although Red Hat's shareprice dropped 25%, I wonder if overall it will help Linux? I think anytime someone starts writing more quality software for an OS, it helps. Personally, if Linux were easier to install, obtain drivers, and there was as much high quality software available for Linux as there is for Windows, including top notch games, I think there would be a lot more users including myself.
