Well, when you're backed into a corner by a bully (gov't), you fight their way. The lawsuit smelled, just as the one targeting tobacco companies. I wish, oh how I wish, the cig makers would close shop and Uncle Sugar have a drop-dead heart palpitation. Suddenly, no more tax revenue from the mean, ugly cig makers. Same for MS.
